Unique tempered parboiled rice with uniformly hydrated premium long grain kernels, precise steam cooking process that results in a superior cooked product. Retains exceptional kernel integrity, less starchy in a steam pan environment, retains separate and moist kernel appearance. Excellent yield, perfect as a stand alone or as a base for rice blends.
Bring water or stock to a boil. Stir in rice, salt and butter (if desired). Cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook over low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes). Remove from Heat. Transfer Immediately to a shallow pan. Fluff with a fork.
Serving Size 1/4 CUP (45g) makes about 1 cup cooked Servings About 10/16oz.
